Project of the Month: Pulte Group

Helping create subdivisions for families to settle in Ohio is one of our passions. 

Not only do we focus on these subdivisions looking attractive to prospective homeowners and current residents, but we ensure that the underground utilities are safe and functional for neighborhood residents for years to come.

Recently, we worked with the Pulte Group to build a subdivision in the Columbus, Ohio area, and have selected this project to highlight as our latest Project of the Month.

Heathers at Golf Village North

We had the honor of working with Pulte throughout the building of their new subdivision, Heathers at Golf Village North. This subdivision is located in Powell, Ohio.

This subdivision is a part of Powell’s larger Golf Village community. It not only a variety of uniquely designed homes, but also features a playground, open green space with gazebo, and park benches throughout. There is also a walking path that connects the neighborhood to local schools.

There are several homes available within the subdivision. You can browse the homes and the details of the neighborhood on their website.

Our contribution to the project included work on sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water line and earthwork. As always, we are proud and excited to help be a part of creating a safe and functional subdivision that will house happy families and better the community. 

Other Notable Pulte Projects:

Not only did we work with Pulte to create the Heathers at Golf Village North subdivision, but we are currently working  with them to create the Autumn Rose Woods (Section 1) subdivision in Dublin, Ohio. This project included sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water line, and earth work — as well as widening Hyland-Croy Road. 

Additionally, we installed sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water line in the last 7 sections of the Woods at Mill Valley Subdivision in Marysville, Ohio.

These projects with Pulte Group have helped us achieve our goal of bringing safe and beautiful housing to the Ohio area, and we are happy to have worked on them.
