State Route 95 in Marion, OH
This job for the Ohio Department of Transportation involved replacing the old culvert with a new 6’ x 8’ box culvert that stretched across the road for over 200’.
State Route 53 Culvert Construction in Tiffin, OH
This heavy highway construction work for the Ohio Department of Transportation included installing new turning lanes in front of Meijer’s, Lowe’s, McDonald’s and Ohio State – Marion. It also allowed for bike lanes to stretch from US 23 to University Drive.
The entire road also was repaved and striped from University Drive to Tri-Rivers Joint Vocational School.
Asphalt Parking Lot Repair – Overlay & Replacement
If your current asphalt parking lot is significantly deteriorated, an overlay or replacement can restore your lot to its original glory (or make it even better!).
If your lot’s structural base has no significant damage, you can probably get away with an overlay rather than a full replacement. A parking lot overlay, also called resurfacing, involves paving new layer of asphalt over the top of your existing lot. An overlay is less expensive than full asphalt replacement.
However, if your parking lot’s structure has sustained too much damage, you will likely need a full replacement to prevent future costly repairs. In that case, you may also need asphalt milling services.
