Park Enterprise Construction: Family, Team, and Partnerships Over 30 Years
One of the first projects that Eric Park, owner and founder of Park Enterprise Construction, remembers was in November of 1997. Prior to this timeframe, the business had been focused on mostly commercial customers — and this project was a big step into the world of municipality work and public projects.
The job focused on a lot of sidewalk and magnetic spraying work. On November 20, 1997 — the team had just poured concrete for the sidewalk when Eric received a call that his eldest daughter was born.
Eric rushed to the hospital to spend time with his wife and new daughter, with the trust and faith that his team would be able to finish the task at hand with all of the skills required.
Though a lot has changed in the 30 years that have passed, these core values have remained the same: a priority on family and a trust in skilled workers.
Park Enterprise Construction and Ohio CAT
Another constant that has remained the same over decades is the partnership between the Park Enterprise Construction team, and the Ohio CAT team.
The two teams began working together in December of 1998, when Eric purchased his first two pieces of CAT equipment from sales representative Matt Rapol: A 416 CAT Backhoe and a D5 CAT Dozer. Matt notes that Eric would go on to expand his fleet to over 30 pieces of equipment.

Ohio CAT Expansion Project
The Park Enterprise Construction team is currently working on an Ohio CAT expansion project in Columbus, Ohio.
The Park team is doing excavation work to support the expansion project for the organization.
Matt Rapol looks fondly upon his years working with Eric and his team, saying, “All of his people are very professional and great to work with,” adding, “It’s exciting to see his business grow.”
